Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of a courier tracking number/receipt.

All products are shipped timeously upon receipt of payment and delivery address. You should receive your purchase within 5-7 days and completing and paying for the order. However, delays may occur due to unusual stock unavailability, courier transport delays, air transport delays and custom delays. We will notify you as far as we can should these occur.

All products are delivered directly to your or your nominated delivery address. Please note that all deliveries are by way of internationally recognised courier companies nominated by cheaptrade.co.za. No other means of delivery will be entertained. This is to ensure your complete satisfaction as well as to protect ourselves and our suppliers/manufacturers.

All couriered deliveries will be accompanied by a receipt signature upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery. Should you not be available please contact the nominated courier to arrange for an alternative time for delivery or to collect from the courier companies nominated collection point.

All our products are protected by way of insurance due to loss or breakage during transit and delivery. Please inspect purchased products thoroughly before signing acceptance of delivery. Once you have accepted delivery, by way of signature, the courier company is relieved of its responsibility of transporting the products in good order.

You are responsible for all custom clearances relevant to your country and these may vary from country to country. Please enquire from the relevant authorities whether your purchase will attract custom or import duties.

This means that your particular product may be shipped from countries worldwide and not always from South Africa. This in no determines the quality or reliability of the product or delivery service.
