Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of a courier tracking number/receipt.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by cheaptrade.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, for whatever reason, cheaptrade.co.za will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Orders can be cancelled, free of charge, until such time as the goods have departed our supplier. Thereafter, cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
Most products will be covered by the supplied Manufacturer Warranty (minimum of 1 Year).
Should anything go wrong with your valued purchase during the 1 Year Warranty period, we will get our couriers to collect the product from you, get it repaired and send it back FREE OF CHARGE!

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the cheaptrade.co.za bank account, the details of which are available on the website.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for cheaptrade.co.za via Moneybookers.com who are the approved payment gateway for www.cheaptrade.co.za. Customer details separate from card details

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices
Although we will use our best efforts to ensure that prices reflected on the website are accurate and current, because of the nature of the goods and fluctuation in foreign exchange rates, prices change and are subject to change without notice. In the event that the price to be charged is more than the price reflected on the website, in respect of any goods, we will advise you thereof, by email, prior to delivery thereof, thus giving you the opportunity to accept or reject any higher price. Emails sent to you but not responded to within 7 (seven) days of us sending the email will be deemed to be an acceptance of the higher price.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and cheaptrade.co.za chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation
cheaptrade.co.za may, in its sole discretion, change these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without notice.
