Warranty/Returns

Warranty:
All our products are sourced from reputable international manufacturers and suppliers.

What does this mean for you:
• You normally get the full manufacturers warranty (this is generally a minimum of 1 year extending to a lifetime warranty for certain products). Please check the product warranty before purchasing.
• Any warranty repairs and / or replacements are carried out in the minimum of time, however, repair centre turnaround times vary, these circumstances are beyond our control.
• Any warranty repairs are carried out by the manufacturers official representative or supplier and by trained technicians, in a country designated by the manufacturer or supplier.
Returns:
We are confident that you will be pleased with your items purchased, but in the event that you are not, you are welcome to return the product to us.

Our returns policy is as follows:
• items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All items must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged and in resaleable condition, and include all contents.
• Certain items will be subject to the manufacturer's returns policy.
